Philippe Callens - Belgian Boutades (Dance book)

New collection of English country dances ... Belgian Boutades is the title of a second collection of English country dances by Philippe Callens. The new book includes sixteen dances. Eleven are newly written in English country dance style by Philippe; the remaining five are his interpretations of country dances published in the 17th and 18th centuries. Included with the dance notations is the sheet music for each dance.

The book includes the dances "An Early Frost", "La Gavre", "Hortonia" and "A Trip to Mortsel". A CD "Red Star Line" is released with a selection of dances from Belgian Boutades and also from , the first collection of English country dances (1999) by Philippe Callens.
