Jaune Toujours peddles on "Brusk" (their second CD already) driven by an inventive brass-section, a drummer in a hurry, a "piano des pauvres" and perfect bilinguality between Les Négresses Vertes and the Roma, between the merryness of the pub and the sadness of the gutter, between South and Eastern Europe ... music that carries the spirit of the metropole in it. "File under Belgian folk" is the suggestion that the label put on the back side of the CD, but if you still have room under "bluesjazzchansonfanfare" or "metropolitan orchestra" it's even better there.
