Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which AADS,vzw 

AADS strive to provide a fast, friendly and helpful service that gets your order dealt with as quickly as possible. Normally goods are sent within 7 days after we get the order and after receiving your payment. But at certain times delays may occur if we are extremely busy or if the product you order is out of stock.

Please contact us if you have a query or a problem regarding your order. All Compact Discs, DVDs, music instruments are brand new from the factory or from our suppliers.. Some CDs are cellophane wrapped at the factory, but many manufacturers do not do this.

All Prices shown include VAT but do not include postage. The postage will add when you check out..


Ordering and payment

How do I place my order online?

It's quite simple When buying from us, orders can be made by post, telephone, e-mail or by using our 'Online Ordering Facility'.

  • Browse or search through the site until you find the item(s) you wish to purchase.
  • Once you've added all the items that you wish to purchase, you can begin the ‘Checkout Process’.
  • This process involves several steps:
  • enter details
  • confirm delivery information
  • delivery/billing Information
  • payment details
  • complete your order.
  • You will then receive an order confirmation email when he checkout process is finished.
  • After we have your order ready you will receive an invoice via email containing the amount and our banking details. We ship your merchandise as soon as we receive your payment. Payment can be made by Credit Card (PayPal) or by bank transfer, after you receive our invoice. Any personal information given to us will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties.

Online shop

If purchasing from our online shop, there are certain items of information that we must collect. These include name, address, shipping address, e-mail address. This enables us to process your order and also enables us to contact you in the event of any issues that may arise with the ordering process. We also ask for your telephone number, in order that we can contact you, in some cases. Purchaser's e-mail addresses will be added to our own mailing list for future offers e-mails. Users can unsubscribe to this at any time and we will always answer requests to be taken off the mailing list.


Products

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. Products and packaging are subject to change or substitution without prior notice. Every effort will be made to dispatch the items specified. All product information and technical specs contained on the shop site are for guidance only, no responsibility can be taken for errors, typos or omissions


Website images

We try to ensure that all images displayed on our website match the product as accurately as possible but cannot always guarantee an exact color match to the product as displayed on your screen. 


Back orders

If an item is out of stock we will email you to let you know we can't fulfil your order. If we do not stock the product that you are looking for but we do stock the brand, there is a possibility that we may be able to order it in for you. In this situation, please email or phone us to discuss the availability.


Order cancellations

Under the ‘Distance Selling Regulations’ you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from AADS, vzw or D&M Shop, for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made via email, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to sales@aads.be . To cancel your Standard Delivery Order please contact us at sales@aads.be.

If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us. Please read the Return or Exchange an item section below.


Returns or exchange

Where you are requiring an exchange, for example, because a size or color has been incorrectly ordered, we will make a € 3.00 charge to arrange the exchange. Payment for this must be provided before we will send out the replacement item. For European and International orders the charge will vary depending on the current cost of delivery to that country. For an accurate price, please contact us before returning your item. Sorry, we cannot accept returns of videos, CD's, DVDs, books or computer software where any seals have been broken. When returning goods to us, we suggest that you use registered post or a guaranteed delivery service. All refunds will be given as soon as possible. At the very latest we will refund your money within 30 days from the day we receive your cancellation. In the case of incorrect ordering and undisclosed reasons for return, the customer will be expected to pay the return postage costs.
